NOTE: During congresses and special events we reserve the right to offer alternative hotels in the cities indicated or in the surrounding area.

** COMMISSIONABLE prices.

** Can be subscriber card, tickets, e-tickets or to be downloaded through a mobile app (pass wallet, etc), so it’s needed that the client has a mobile with internet to show the downloaded ticket. SN Esencial Tours is exempt from any responsibility if clients don’t have a smartphone in case the tickets have to be downloaded through the app.

** In case of tickets, the price that appears on it is not binding with the price of sale, since it includes management expenses, shipping-delivery, taxes. The customer accepts and consents the purchase in knowledge of the above mentioned of non possibility of any claim, about the rates. In the price we inform, we include management expenses, taxes, transaction and shipping.

** SN Esencial Tours guarantees tickets by couples, of 2 in 2 (the location can be: one next to another or one ahead and the other behind**

** The customer accepts the conditions here indicated, and there will be no possible claim as the tickets are delivered in the chosen area and to the price informed in this e-mail (it is important that this is informed to the customer).

** SN Esencial Tours will allways respect the categories according to our seating chart, which may be different from the event organizer's seating chart. Customers are buying situation in the stadium based on SN Esencial Tours categories, which may or may not match with the category printed on the ticket. In order to avoid inconveniences, we inform you that variations on the event organizer’s official categories may occur, and they may affect the location of the categories on purchased tickets.

** IMPORTANT: The dates of the matches may change during the day, so it is always indicated in the match information DATE AND TIME TO BE CONFIRMED. From experience, official changes may occur, both date and time, between 15 and 8 days before the game. Therefore, we ask you to take into account these possible official changes before making your ticket reservations since Sn Esencial Tours WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for the non-delivery of services because the client does not arrive at the game for a while.

** Prices subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

** It is important to know the hotel where the customers stay at in the city of the event; you have to inform us the hotel's name, address and booking information, surname and name of guest. The tickets/subscriber card, will be delivered in the hotel, one day before the match or the previous morning; always confirming that the reservation has been made according to the name of the customers. It will not be left any ticket if the booking’s name doesn’t match with the informed client’s name. It is important to have the customer's phone number and we will give an emergency phone number for any inconvenient-trouble.

** Some tickets could be delivered at a pick up point near the stadium, the same day of the event.

** It is customer’s responsibility, to urgently inform if he doesn’t have the tickets within 12 hours before the match. SN Esencial Tours is exempt from any responsibility if he doesn’t do it.

** At the time of the tickets’ booking, the charges are of the 100%. No cancellation possible without penalty.

** Hour and date will be confirmed. Any change would be communicated. SN Esencial Tours, is exempt from any responsibility of programming changes in the matches. The tickets once acquired, there is no possibility of refund or cancellation without 100% of charges.

** All cancellations made by the client himself (own decision) with Sn Esencial Tours, will not give rise to any compensation and the penalty will be 100%.

** If client cancels by situations as terrorism, adverse weather events (hurricanes, natural disasters …) epidemics, pandemics …. will not involve compensation or refund to the client, being the penalty 100%, EXCEPT if the official event's organizer establish compensation or return. Sn Esencial Tours will follow the same way that official organizer decides in the part meaning services refund.

** Expected time and day, as reported. Any changes will be communicated. Sn Esencial Tours, is exempt from any responsibility for event programming changes. Tickets once purchased, there is no possibility of return or cancellation without 100% expenses.

** Prices may change at any time.

- These rates are subject to availability at the time a firm booking is processed; any variation will be applied to the price automatically.

- The prices of this magazine are not applicable to periods corresponding to fairs, conventions, trade shows or special events.

- The name that appears on the event tickets, both physical and electronic, may be different from that of the person who purchased the ticket (for the vast majority of events, a massive purchase of tickets is made under a single name, therefore all tickets have the same name, the one provided for the bulk purchase, and not the name of the customer who finally purchases the ticket).
