IMPORTANT NOTES:

- These rates are subject to availability at the time a firm booking is processed; any variation will be applied to the price automatically.

TRIPLE room: rooms with dofa or extra bed.

- The prices of this magazine are not applicable to periods corresponding to fairs, conventions, trade shows or special events.

- All cancellations made by the client himself (own decision) with Sn Esencial Tours, will not give rise to any compensation and the penalty will be 100%.

- If client cancels by situations as terrorism, adverse weather events (hurricanes, natural disasters …) epidemics, pandemics …. will not involve compensation or refund to the client, being the penalty 100%, EXCEPT if the official event's organizer establish compensation or return. Sn Esencial Tours will follow the same way that official organizer decides in the part meaning services refund.

- If, for reasons beyond Sn Esencial Tours (not on its own accord, but for non-compliance by any of our suppliers) it is not possible to comply with any of the contracted services, and provided that the client is informed of said incident with a In advance of 9 days or more to the date of the event or service / s, Sn Esencial Tours will proceed to reimburse 100% of the service not provided and the client will be compensated according to the following date box:

  • If the client is informed of the incident with an advance of 9 days or more at the date of the event or services / s = 100% refund of the service not provided + compensation of 5% of the amount of the service not provided.
  • If the client is informed of the incident 8 days before the date of the event or services / s = 100% reimbursement of the service not provided + compensation of 10% of the amount of the service not provided.
  • If the client is informed of the incident 7 days before the date of the event or services / s = 100% reimbursement of the service not provided + compensation of 15% of the amount of the service not provided.
  • If the client is informed of the incident 6 days before the date of the event or services / s = 100% reimbursement of the service not provided + compensation of 20% of the amount of the service not provided.
  • If the client is informed of the incident 5 days before the date of the event or services / s = 100% reimbursement of the service not provided + compensation of 25% of the amount of the service not provided.
  • If the client is informed of the incident 4 days in advance and until the date of the day of the event or service / s = 100% reimbursement of the service not provided + compensation of 30% of the amount of the service not provided.

- During congresses and special events we reserve the right to offer alternative hotels in the cities indicated or in their surroundings.

- General conditions according to schedule Sn Esencial Tours 2021 - 2022.

- Prices may be revised according to Royal Decree 1/2007.

- Prices to reconfirm at the time of booking.

- Prices valid except typographical error.
